We are thrilled to announce that Partners for Change has once again been accepted into the CHEF (Community Health and Education Foundation) Donor Match Program for 2024! This marks another exciting opportunity for our organization to maximize the impact of your generous donations.
Through this program will run for the month of September, and for every $2 donated to Partners for Change, CHEF will match $1, with a $45,000 total goal! What makes this program even more special is that 100% of the funds—without any processing or administrative fees—will directly benefit Partners for Change Tri-Valley and the communities we serve.
Being part of the CHEF Donor Match Program is a significant milestone for us, allowing your contributions to go even further in supporting our mission. With your help, we can continue to empower individuals, strengthen our community, and create lasting change.
